Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will lead AI-enabled Docs-to-Data workflows, collaborating with engineering and UX to map content into the data model.

The role emphasizes hands-on design of AI agents, data flow, prompts, and evaluations in an enterprise SaaS context. Flexible work options are available with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Proficient in Python and hands-on with AI Frameworks/APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on Docs to Data across Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
