Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will craft AI agents that analyze documents and map data into the Quality Cloud data model—Docs to Data—with AI-driven extraction.

You will own data flow design, orchestration, and prompts for production AI apps, collaborating with engineering and UX to automate processes, and evaluating AI Agent performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or tech consulting with 2+ years focused on AI/ML.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding in Python and hands-on with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, ET-zoned location.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents for Docs to Data in Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent apps with data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to stakeholders.
