Job summary

Veolia is hiring an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to partner with customers across diverse industries, delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions and serving as a trusted technical advisor. You will drive revenue growth, manage margins, and develop long-term relationships while prioritizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or minimum 8+ years in the field and water treatment industry.
• Chemical water treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and MemchemApplications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance customer operations
• Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water & energy sustainability and improve asset protection
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth
• Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures
