Veolia seeks an experienced Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to work with customers across industries, developing advanced chemical water treatment solutions and serving as a trusted technical advisor.

You will build deep customer relationships, deliver innovative programs, and drive sustainability while aiming for profitable growth and asset protection. This role requires travel and a strong background in water treatment sales.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical).
• Alternatively, 8+ years of direct water treatment industry experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience with proven account growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Prepare and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and drive improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to support water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities in the territory.
• Work safely at all times, adhering to EHS policies and procedures.
