Job summary

Veolia in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will work with customers across industries to design advanced chemical water treatment solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor while pursuing sustainable energy and water outcomes.

You will develop proactive service plans, manage value-generation initiatives, and lead strategic reviews to drive revenue, margins, and asset protection, while traveling as needed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and account management.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Full valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and improve asset protection.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth.
• Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures.
