Veolia is hiring an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will work with customers across diverse industries to develop advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions.

You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while driving energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection. The role emphasizes technical analysis, stakeholder communication, and value-driven account management, with a focus on achieving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred, or 8+ years in the field.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management and revenue growth.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports that analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's value generation projects to improve water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue targets while managing margins and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities for growth.
• Adhere to safety policies and work safely at all times.
