Job summary

Veolia seeks an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to collaborate with customers across industries, developing advanced chemical water treatment solutions and serving as a trusted technical advisor.

You will analyze treatment programs, deliver technical service reports, pursue revenue growth, and lead sustainability projects while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering; 8+ years in water treatment acceptable.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management success.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and improvement recommendations.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Lead Sustainability projects to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring, profitable business opportunities.
• Work safely and follow EHS policies and procedures.
