Job summary

Veolia Environnement SA is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will partner with customers across industries to develop advanced chemical water treatment solutions, acting as a technical advisor while driving sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

The role targets annual revenue growth with strategic service plans, value generation, and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering preferred, or 8+ years water treatment experience.
Chemical water treatment experience is required.
4+ years of technical sales with account management success.
Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data analysis and improvement recommendations.
Execute the Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities for growth.
Follow EHS policies and work safely at all times.
