Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its industry-leading sales team in the Miami area. You’ll drive revenue growth by delivering system assurance programs and solutions to institutional accounts, building strong relationships with plant executives, and promoting Nalco Water innovations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, technical or field sales experience, and a valid driver’s license. Territory spans ~100 miles with 25% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges.
• Analyze systems, interpret data and provide written recommendations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term customer relationships.
