Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts from Nashville, TN area. You’ll use a consultative approach to deliver system assurance programs and build relationships with existing customers.

You will develop plans, understand customer needs, and promote Nalco Water technologies while supporting a dedicated technical service team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical or field sales experience is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Water treatment or chemical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and propose improvement and innovation plans to grow sales.
• Build relationships with plant or facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate as needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimized operations.
• Sell Nalco Water innovations to promote long-term business relationships.
