Qualifications

• Five years in heavy equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support, with two years in training or technical communication.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and components.
• Ability to read and follow electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical assistance for equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repair to technicians.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving complex technical issues in field or shop.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment models and technologies sold by the dealership.
• Assist in preparing technical bulletins, service manuals and other documents.
• Support field technicians with over-the-phone and on-site guidance.
