You will serve as the liaison between the dealership and equipment manufacturers to ensure accurate technical communications and timely updates. The role requires strong technical documentation skills, the ability to diagnose field issues, and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years in heavy equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support with two years in training or technical communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to technicians and staff.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs.
• Serve as liaison between dealership and equipment manufacturers.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment models and technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve field or shop technical issues.
