Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. - Hewitt, TX is seeking a Technical Communications Coordinator to provide expert technical support to technicians and staff, develop training programs, and act as a liaison with equipment manufacturers.

The role involves diagnosing complex issues, maintaining knowledge of equipment models, and supporting field and shop operations. The ideal candidate will have five years in heavy equipment maintenance or technical support with training experience, strong schematics

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in heavy equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support with training/technical communicator exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment systems and components.
• Able to read and follow electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to technicians and staff and share technical information with customers.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for staff.
• Serve as liaison between Kirby-Smith Machinery and equipment manufacturers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment models and technologies sold by the dealership.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and support warranty actions.
