Enel North America Inc. is seeking an O&M Technical Training Specialist I to deliver and manage technical training programs for O&M personnel across Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The role involves classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on instruction, curriculum development, and certification oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/education or related field with experience in training execution.
• 5+ years of business-relevant experience in wind, solar and/or BESS industry or power generation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, LMS, and Adobe products.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on technical training for O&M personnel across wind, solar, and BESS.
• Facilitate individual and group learning through demonstrations, workshops, and field activities.
• Develop and maintain curricula, instructor guides, learner materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Enter and reconcile training data in Enel LMS and other tracking systems; monitor certification expirations.
• Coordinate training centers, schedules, logistics, and travel; support external vendor-led training.
• Support program quality, HSEQ compliance, and continuous improvement of training delivery.
