Enel North America, Inc. seeks an O&M Technical Training Specialist I to deliver and continuously improve technical training programs for wind, solar, and BESS operations. You will facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on sessions and support training center operations, records, and documentation.

You will work with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with safety and operational standards, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science/education or related field with 3 years training execution.
• Associate degree or HS diploma with 5 year training execution will be evaluated based on knowledge, skill, & experience.
• 5+ years of business relevant experience in wind, solar and/or BESS industry or power generation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, LMS, and Adobe products.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite and hands-on training across wind, solar, and BESS technologies.
• Develop, review, and standardize curricula, instructor guides, and learner materials.
• Maintain training records, qualification matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate training center operations, logistics, and instructor availability.
• Collaborate with SMEs, O&M, and HSEQ to ensure safe, accurate training content.
