Qualifications

• 3–5 years training execution in wind, solar, or BESS.
• Experience with LMS, MS Office, and document management.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on technical training across Wind, Solar, and BESS technologies.
• Develop, review, and standardize technical curricula and learner materials.
• Maintain training records, certificates, and qualification matrices.
• Coordinate training center operations and logistics; support external providers.
