The position emphasizes collaboration with subject matter experts, LMS management, and ongoing content improvement to support EDF’s renewable asset optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a wind turbine technician or engineer with knowledge of turbine systems, maintenance and safety protocols.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs in corporate or educational settings.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning development tools.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools to manage training content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update wind turbine training materials for classroom, online, and hands-on modules.
• Deliver training on wind turbine technology, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Certify technicians in defined competencies and ensure compliance with standards like GWO.
• Manage LMS content, records, and assessments; collaborate with SMEs and leaders.
