Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. seeks an O&M Technical Training Specialist I to deliver and coordinate technical training across wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems. You will lead classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on sessions while maintaining training records and supporting certification activities.

This role collaborates with SMEs, O&M leadership, and safety teams, leveraging AI tools to enhance content and learner outcomes. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/education or related field with 3 years training execution experience required.
• 5+ years of business-relevant experience in wind, solar and/or BESS industry or power generation.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, LMS, and Adobe products; familiarity with safety and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on technical training for O&M personnel across wind, solar, and BESS tech.
• Assist with curriculum development, learning materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and qualification matrices; support trainer development.
