Zusammenfassung

AVANGRID POWER, LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer to support operations of wind turbine fleets and to develop and deliver effective training programs across the organization. You will collaborate with operations, plant personnel, accounting, and supply chain to ensure training aligns with best practices.

The role requires 3+ years of energy-production training experience, proficiency with Oracle/SAP EAM systems, and the ability to deliver instructor-led and online training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business, Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle, SAP or similar EAM systems.
• Minimum 3 years of training in energy production environments.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong computing skills with EAM, MS Office, data management and reporting.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor technical personnel.
• Excellent written skills for training materials and procedures.
• Willingness to travel ~40%.

Aufgaben

• Review training materials and program effectiveness, drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver in-person, web-based, and self-paced training.
• Train personnel in EAM, technical areas, safety, and operations.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and training.
• Manage external trainers and contractors as needed.
• Conduct training at wind plants and other sites as required.
• Provide ongoing operational support and coaching.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and certifications.
• Keep technical proficiency through ongoing development.
• Support workforce development by identifying knowledge gaps.
