Job summary

Enel North America Inc. seeks an O&M Technical Training Specialist I to design, deliver, and improve training for wind, solar, and BESS operations.

You will facilitate classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on sessions while maintaining accurate training records and supporting certification activities. You will collaborate with leadership, SMEs, and field personnel, applying adult‑learning methods and leveraging AI tools to enhance training content, processes, and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/education or related field required.
• 5+ years of training execution in wind/solar/BESS preferred.
• Experience with LMS and certification processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on technical training for O&M personnel across Wind, Solar, and BESS technologies.
• Facilitate learning using adult‑learning principles and a variety of instructional methods.
• Maintain training materials, records, and qualification documentation; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate training center operations, schedules, logistics, and vendor interactions.
