Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Lead Technician expert to mentor junior technicians, inspect, troubleshoot, install and repair wind turbine components. You will review manuals and diagrams to determine tasks, tools, and parts, and coordinate daily plans to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years in wind energy or 3+ years with related education, and an electrical/technical B.S. degree with wind experience. This onsite position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in wind energy or 3+ years related experience with an associate degree/technical background.
• B.S. degree in electrical or technical field and 6 months or more of wind experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technicians mentor junior technicians to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines.
• Lead Tech reviews manuals and schematics to determine tasks, tools, equipment and parts needed.
• Coordinate Plan of Days, help troubleshoot complex issues, oversee day-to-day technician operations.
