Job summary

A leading staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting. This role requires extensive knowledge of sourcing tools and a strong communication ability to drive a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in technical recruitment within the Manufacturing or Supply Chain sectors and 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Proven experience with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM).
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing and assessing candidates.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate a diverse candidate pool.
• Ensure timely data updates in Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruiting process.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of sourcing tools

Talent Acquisition systems experience

Innovative research & sourcing methods

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications
