A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is welcomed. Key responsibilities include delivering multi-channel support, troubleshooting across Windows and Linux, and collaborating with engineering to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in Technical Support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance for government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex software and hardware issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the Flex CAD solution across Windows and Linux OS.
• Assist with network diagnostics and escalate to engineering teams as needed.
• Create knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
• Oversee issue tracking to ensure rapid resolution and high user satisfaction.
