Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Technician on theFlex Support team to empower customers by resolving complex software and hardware issues across Windows and Linux environments.

With a High School Diploma and 2+ years in technical support, you will deliver end-user assistance via phone, email, and chat while assisting with knowledge base creation. You will help maintain operational continuity in critical environments, contributing to a safety-first corporate culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience welcomed.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex software and hardware issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the Flex Computer Aided Dispatch solution across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with network diagnostics and connectivity, escalating complex technical challenges to specialized engineering teams.
