Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Technologist to upgrade customer servers, migrate databases, and ensure service levels are met. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional technical support and customer service in a safety-critical environment.

Required are 2+ years in technical support, experience with Windows and Linux servers, and SQL databases. The role involves navigating CJIS security requirements and delivering reliable solutions to public safety customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or technical business analysis.
• Experience upgrading customer servers and migrating databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot across hardware, network, and software components.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and SQL databases is required.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade customer servers with the latest software release.
• Migrate legacy databases into new database structures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on SLAs.
• Collaborate with MSI teams to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
