Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat to resolve software and hardware issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the Flex Computer Aided Dispatch solution across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with network diagnostics and connectivity, escalating complex challenges to engineering teams.
• Create knowledge base documentation for common issues to aid internal resources.
• Oversee issue tracking to ensure rapid resolution and high user satisfaction.
