Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with PostgreSQL schema structures or similar databases.
• Experience with nginx and tomcat web services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade customer servers with the latest software release.
• Migrate legacy databases into new database structures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with proper support and SLA delivery.
• Collaborate with MSI teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
