Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Technician for the Flex Support team in the United States. You will analyze technical challenges, resolve system issues, and ensure continuous operation of critical communications systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues across multiple OS
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments
• Familiarity with service desk and ticketing tools

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
• Analyze and troubleshoot the Flex CAD solution across Windows and Linux
• Assist with network diagnostics and escalate complex issues
• Create knowledge base articles and contribute to internal resources
