Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced System Technologist to upgrade customer servers and migrate databases, ensuring quality support and SLA delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, in a high-security environment.

The role requires Linux/Windows server experience, PostgreSQL, and scripting skills, with a focus on proactive problem solving and ownership of customer outcomes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in technical customer support and/or technical business analysis role.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

Upgrade customer servers with the latest software release.
Migrate legacy databases into new database structures.
Ensure customer satisfaction involves proper support, and delivery on contracted SLAs.
Collaborate with MSI teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
