BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to help resolve complex, time-sensitive issues across ES 1.1x upgrades. The role requires strong collaboration with the ES 1.1x upgrade team, adherence to regulatory requirements, and hands-on knowledge of BD Medstation systems from server to station.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years Microsoft SQL experience.
• Ability to write queries and analyze SQL data (Select/Join).
• Experience with Windows Server environments and hospital IT.
• Remote position from home office; flexible hours for remediation team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for remediation efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to troubleshoot effectively.
• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback.
• Document case notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
