BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues during ES 1.1x upgrades. You will support internal peers, manage escalations, and maintain knowledge across BD Medstation systems and related connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience; ability to write queries and analyze data.
• Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows server administration.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of support service operations to answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Maintains data quality and integrity in Salesforce.
• Demonstrates clear communication of technical solutions to non-technical readers.
• Identifies trends in case work and actively improves support quality.
