BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 for a limited-term assignment through June 2028. The role focuses on resolving complex, time-sensitive issues, including customer escalations, site downtime, and remote troubleshooting, with ES 1.1x upgrade responsibilities.

As part of a cross-functional upgrade team, you will ensure regulatory compliance and efficient case resolution, while continuously expanding ES 1.1x knowledge to improve support services.

• Escalations handling and field service dispatch coordination.
