Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, high-risk issues, including customer escalations, site downtime, and remote troubleshooting. You will work with an ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/ET or 3+ years of equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL and database queries.
• Experience with Windows OS and hospital IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations for 1.1x channel.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Document case notes clearly and succinctly for data quality.
• Identify trends and contribute to knowledge expansion on ES 1.1x.
• Maintain high levels of data quality and integrity (Salesforce).
• Provide progress updates and seek customer feedback to ensure needs are met.
