Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues and customer escalations related to ES 1.1x upgrades. This remote, limited-term assignment offers benefits and requires SQL skills, Windows Server knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional upgrade team, maintain data quality in Salesforce, and provide timely case updates while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years)
• Must be able to write queries and analyze SQL data within complex database structures.
• SSIS exposure/experience
• SQL Reporting Services
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration
• Networking topology, terminology, commands
• Active Directory Administration
• Wireshark (1+ Years)

Responsibilities

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to troubleshoot and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements related to ES 1.1x remediation.
• Manage multiple cases with effective time management and documentation.
