Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and technical support interactions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the ES 1.1x Channel.
• Document case notes clearly and professionally for customers and teams.
• Identify trends in case work to improve support quality.
• Maintain data quality and integrity in Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team and adhere to regulatory requirements.
