Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries (SELECT/JOIN).
• Experience with SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS) and Windows server administration.
• Familiarity with hospital IT environments and BD product integration.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements related to ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Document case notes with high data quality (Salesforce).
• Provide progress updates to customers and gather feedback.
• Work flexible hours to meet remediation schedule.
• Remote position working from home office with on-site collaboration as needed.
