BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues, including escalations, downtime, and remote troubleshooting for ES 1.1x upgrades. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and expand knowledge of BD products within healthcare environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries and analyze SQL data (SELECT and JOIN).
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Windows Server (2008+), IIS and Web Application Administration.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, group policies, and virtualization.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel with strong service orientation.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and coordination of support.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and contribute to troubleshooting and remediation efforts.
• Provide progress updates to customers and manage case notes with high data quality (Salesforce).
• Work flexible hours to meet remediation team needs and operate from a home office when required.
