BD, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex customer issues on the ES 1.1x upgrade. The role focuses on CSC support, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and upholding regulatory standards in hospital IT environments.

On-site collaboration is emphasized with remote options where applicable. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, Windows, and networking skills, plus experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and BD product integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries (Select/Join) in complex DBs.
• SSIS exposure/experience.
• SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+).
• Networking knowledge and terminology.
• IIS and Web App Administration.
• Group Policies administration.
• VMware terminology and administration.
• Application installation and troubleshooting.
• Ports (Networking/OS).
• XML language experience (1+ years).
• Ability to review application and OS logs (2+ years).
• Flexible in working hours for remediation schedule.
• Remote position working from home office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and implementation.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Handle inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Provide progress updates and seek customer feedback to ensure needs are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of BD products in healthcare environments.
