BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with resolving complex, time-sensitive issues and customer escalations across ES 1.1x upgrades. You will work with field service teams, maintain knowledge of BD MedStation integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering timely support.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data quality in Salesforce, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must write queries and analyze SQL data (Select/Join).
• SSIS (SQL Job) exposure/experience.
• SQL Reporting Services and Windows Server administration.
• Networking topology and ports knowledge; XML experience.
• Remote position working from home office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional upgrade team for timely communication.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for remediation.
• Document case notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
• Provide progress updates and obtain customer feedback.
