Job summary
BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues, support ES 1.1x upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams from server to station. This limited-term role focuses on CSC support for internal peers, ensuring regulatory adherence and thorough documentation.
The ideal candidate will have SQL experience, Windows Server expertise, and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences while delivering high-quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience with ability to write queries and analyze data.
- Experience with SSIS, SQL Reporting Services, and Windows Server environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide CSC support to internal peers during ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation.
- Troubleshoot time-sensitive, high-risk issues and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Document case notes clearly in Salesforce and maintain data quality.
- Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to resolve issues and provide proactive support.
- Escalate and coordinate with field service as needed.
