Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver expert technical support and create an engaging customer experience in our store. You will troubleshoot issues, educate customers on repair options and products, and help them get the most from their Apple devices.

In this role you’ll stay current on Apple repair processes, share feedback with the team, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive environment while delivering exceptional service on and off the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient and high-quality repairs.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Identify recurring repair problems and communicate feedback to Apple.
• Educate customers on repair options, product and service recommendations, and purchasing paths.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple’s values.
• Demonstrate Apple’s commitment to inclusion and diversity in daily work.
