Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a related IT role.
• Experience with SQL and/or PowerShell.
• Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to assist with software questions.
• Provide desktop and application support to customers.
• Research and analyze issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify technology solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop technical documentation.
• Participate in a team on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
