Job summary

Repligen seeks a Technical Support Engineer II to join the Service team. You will deliver timely technical support for bioprocessing products, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and document case details for internal teams.

Location options include Waltham, MA or Bridgewater, NJ, or fully remote for MA/NJ residents. Strong communication, documentation, and CRM experience are required to ensure customer success and product feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience supporting bioprocessing equipment or life sciences operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technically using structured analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple channels.
• Document issues, troubleshoot, and drive cases to resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Create and update technical documentation and support knowledge articles.
