Job summary

Repligen is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer II to join the Service team. You will support bioprocessing equipment and related technologies, troubleshoot issues, document findings, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Sales to drive cases toward resolution.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits and training. Remote options may apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or Engineering).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in bioprocessing equipment support or related life sciences activities.
• Experience with CRM/service management systems and creating/updating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, video, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Repligen products and bioprocessing applications.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand issues and provide updates.
