Job summary

Repligen is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer II to join our Service team in the United States. You will provide technical support to customers, field service engineers, and internal teams, addressing inquiries, guiding troubleshooting, and documenting issues.

You will develop product knowledge across Repligen's bioprocessing portfolio, communicate professionally, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive cases to resolution. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or Engineering.
3+ years supporting bioprocessing equipment or life sciences operations.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with a structured approach.
Experience with or knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and related tech is a plus.
Familiarity with GMP/regulatory environments is beneficial.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple channels.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, process, and system inquiries.
Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce and internal knowledge bases.
Collaborate with Field Service, Product Management, Engineering, and QA.
Assist in preparing technical documentation and training materials.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
