Zusammenfassung

Repligen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer II to join our Service team. You will provide timely technical support to customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders for Repligen bioprocessing products and technologies.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and process issues, documenting cases in Salesforce, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality to drive resolutions and improve documentation

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting bioprocessing equipment and related life sciences activities.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues with structured problem solving.

Aufgaben

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple channels.
Troubleshoot product hardware, software, process, and system inquiries.
Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce with accurate case records.
Develop and update technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate across Service, Field Service, Engineering, QA and Sales to resolve issues.
