Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
• At least 3 years supporting bioprocessing equipment or related life sciences activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot technically with a structured and logical approach.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, video for customers and colleagues.
• Develop knowledge of Repligen product portfolio and related technologies.
• Engage with customers to understand issues, gather info, and provide updates.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose causes, recommend next steps.
