Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to join the Service team, providing technical support to customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders for bioprocessing products. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with remote options for MA/NJ residents.

The position allows remote work with potential travel and offers opportunities to develop expertise in bioprocessing equipment, service support, and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, chemistry, life sciences or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting bioprocessing equipment or biopharmaceutical operations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with structured problem-solving
• Experience using Salesforce to manage customer support is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits and training

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to customers and internal teams via multiple channels
• Troubleshoot product hardware, software, and process-related inquiries and guide resolution
• Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and work instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support and feedback
• Document cases in Salesforce with accurate findings and outcomes
• Assist in coordinating field service, parts, and RMA requests
