Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer in the United States to blend technical depth with sales acumen, identifying and closing opportunities across a defined account set. You will engage customers, partners, and Account Managers, deliver demos and PoCs, and guide bids with tailored solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, align solutions with customer goals, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility while staying ahead of security and cryptography

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SE or technical sales roles or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with API integrations and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Lead product demos and PoCs, and contribute to bids and RFPs.
• Design technical solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical proposals.
