Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical depth with sales acumen. You will identify opportunities, perform demos and PoCs, and guide customers through tailored PKI, certificate lifecycle, and cloud security solutions. Travel up to 20–25% is expected.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design architecture, respond to RFPs, and ensure solutions meet client requirements while delivering strong business value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent in related roles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST API integrations, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), and DevOps/infrastructure automation tools.
• Familiarity with PKI concepts, cryptography, and certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Demonstrate products and lead or participate in product demos and PoCs.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and configurations.
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and integration guides for engagements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility and align with customer goals.
